What we collect
When you use the website request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, hosting choice and any notes you choose to add. The lead service may also record the country associated with your request. The scripted preview on the homepage does not send chat messages to the lead service.
How we use it
We use request details to reply, discuss your website needs and follow up about optional hosting or services you ask about. The request form does not create an account, place an order or start a subscription.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The lead service can email an alert to VoPilot. Access to the lead list is restricted to authorized VoPilot personnel. We do not add advertising tracking scripts to this site.
Your choices
You can ask about a request, correct details or ask us to stop contacting you by replying to any message from VoPilot. If you have not received one, use the homepage request form and write “Privacy request” in the notes. Do not include passwords or sensitive account details.
